The Auxiliary Organizations Association (AOA) is a collective body that supports and facilitates the role of individual auxiliaries in the California State University (CSU) system. With a mission to enhance effectiveness, AOA provides resources and services to its members, which include the auxiliaries of all 23 CSU campuses. From access to professional development programs and insurance programs to legislative updates and advisory resources, AOA offers a range of benefits to its members. Through its annual conference and other activities, AOA brings together auxiliary leaders, management, staff, CSU Chancellor's Office leaders, and Business Partners to collaborate on crucial topics and issues related to auxiliaries, enterprise operations, and the CSU system. Additionally, AOA recognizes academic excellence and service to the campus or community through its Scholarship of Excellence program, providing scholarship funds to CSU students.
