Aside from the street work that always seems to be going on around here, I'm a fan. I come to this particular Citibank whenever I'm in the area but would prefer this location over others easily....

This is the worst branch ever. I came in for a new account ,waiting for 15mns . The 2 ladies at the desks never even glanced at me to acknowledge my presence.

Citibank phone support is the worst thing I've ever had to deal with. Call. On hold. Get someone after an hour that doesn't speak English in a recognizable form. Get put on hold. Get hung up...
