5 stars for curtis and his customer service alone, i didn't end up making a purchase and he was totally ok with that , he didn't try to upsell me or let me buy something i wouldn't be happy with...

Refund policy not explained at the point of sale. The company will not allow returns and will only allow for exchanges for greater value one time. Spent 7000 on mattress that is not satisfactory.
