This business has multiple yelp accounts, they have different phone numbers on the same website. Yelp should BLOCK THEM. Even the reviews are fake

Misleading problem diagnostics, confusing pricing to pressure client purchase more service than needed. Stay away, there are plenty of others. Save your money, sanity and dignity.
