I was pleasantly surprised since other reviews weren't too keen... there is an option to wash yourself or have it machined wash. But it's so much more! There is a human there to pre wash the car...

If it's open on a sunny day and there are no customers don't dare stop by for a car wash, the owner will stare in shock you don't have n appointment yet not offer to make one.
