Third time mobile ordering waiting the 17 minutes only to get here and them just barely start making it. Maybe not offer mobile ordering. Staff always friendly but still.

Love Cold Stone! I think it's the best ice cream chain in the U.S. The concept of mixing in your own ingredients is brilliant!

The best ice cream shop out there. I can never get sick of the flavors. The service is fast and friendly, very personable! The store is clean no complaints!

Staff is always friendly but the quality of ingredients is way sub par. I wanted to give this place a second shot after how bad the first one i got was and the same problem. The apples were so old...
