I have been working to help individuals heal and grow in many different capacities for the last five years. I've worked with children with autism while simultaneously counseling adolescents at police departments providing prevention and early intervention for youth at risk. I also have worked with survivors of domestic violence and homeless woman. I have faced many different obstacles in life that have only furthered my passion in helping others and truly molds the way I counsel and coach my clients. I have struggled with eating disorders, addiction and clinical depression. I am proud to say that I have conquered these struggles. My belief is that when we struggle and overcome, it is our responsibility to pass along what we have learned and help others recover and heal.
