Poor first experience. Firstly, the prices were a bit steep. Because they took less than an inch off the back of my daughters hair (and bangs) I was charged the $20 full cut instead of the $11...

They were very attentive to our son (3 yrs) to make sure he felt comfortable and not scared, even though there were other kid (2 yr) that were freaking out they made sure my kid didn't freak out...

Fast in and out professional service, clean work station with plenty of distractions for kids including screen showing cartoons, great cut, will be back.
