Core Future

History

With the number baby boomer rising to over 77 million in 2017, there has never been a greater need for profesionals with the expertise of overcoming the obstacles to the health and fitness of seniors. Big box gyms with entry level trainers are not capable of understanding and meeting the demands of this growing population so Core Future was formed. We are an in home service that caters exclusively to the health and fitness needs of senior citizens.

Specialties

Our program focuses on the Core 4 Of fitness: Flexibility, Mobility, Balance & Strength. We also provide a nutrition and healthy meals plan.
