Called them twice to see if they can quote a project to create a sunroom in my backyard. No response after call 1, and a long text message after call 2. The text message was a 5-step instruction...

Told me that they would give me a call back to discuss. Never called me back. Sounded like they only do large projects so they don't bother to call small projects that are less than 100 sqf.
