The manager of this pharmacy, Andrew Lam, is very rude if you come in person. I understand that pharmacists are in a stressful environment but please don't take that out on the patient/customer

Employees are less than competent, they'll tell you one thing on the phone, and then a different one in person. In my case (when initial order was insufficient to last till the next appointment)...
