Cynthia Farrell has more than 36 years of experience in the mortgage industry, holding almost every position in the loan process. She has overseen origination/processing, underwriting, funding and delivery of all mortgage loans to the secondary market. For 26 years she focused on Underwriting and Underwriting Leadership serving as Regional Underwriting Manager with a West Coast and National focus.After transitioning to sales, Cynthia's extensive loan structuring and product knowledge have been key in her success. Utilizing that knowledge to support clients in being able to obtain the mortgage loan that is best for them and their needs. Her mission as a Licensed Mortgage Professional is to find a way for community members to be homeowners, to use their equity as needed, and to invest in her community in ways that will provide housing for those in need and to educate our community members on how to create a path to home ownership.
