We started as a small BBQ competition team and we have proudly grown to be a catering service and food truck.

We specialize in catering great smoked BBQ meats. Always fresh meats and sides made from scratch. We cater mouth-watering Brisket, Pulled pork, BBQ chicken that will wow your taste buds. Our amazing side dishes always made from scratch with fresh ingredients. We don't sauce our meats to allow the smoke flavor to come through. We have our own BBQ sauce, spicy or honey hickory.
