Not on time! They don't come when they say they will! Your better off trying to get on their public bus route.

Bus drivers are great!! The customer service from the call center are all rude. Everytime I call! I try and ask a simple question because I don't use this service often and I get attitude.

i agree 100% with the abv review,plus it has become extremely difficult to even schedule a p/u and return with a reasonable amount of time in between. AND the change in times for the regular bus...
