History
Dry Society has gained the reputation of being one of the best cocktail bars in Orange County. Dry Society was one of the first establishments to open at Union Market Mission Viejo. Andrew Parish, the head bartender, created the bar program at Central Bar in Tustin prior to coming to Mission Viejo.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon. During the posted open hours. Nobody was there. Called the number, no response. Some of the neighboring shop says they weren't sure if it was even open today....
