I've been here a handful of times and the service has ranged from horrible to amazing so hence the 3 star rating, overall clean location but they are a bit slow here compared to other locations....

Staff here are always so kind. This shop in particular is pretty spacious. I finally got to try the Sabrina Carpenter drink and omg!! I am obsessed. I think I found my new go to from here.
