This place has an interesting variety of donuts and it's also very neat, clean and well maintained inside. They have a few tables inside as well if you wish to eat your donuts there. The donuts...

Half of the staff are rude. 80% of the time my drink is made wrong. It happened today, I got a toasted white chocolate latte. There was no flavor in it at all. This happens almost everytime I go.

I had a terrible experience with the store manager Jose. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to the Simi Dunkin'.

Always take the time to check your bags before leaving the drive thru. Took a star away for every time they've forgotten items from my order. Glad they took the poppyseeds off the croissant stuffers
