The fish was delicious and fresh. They have great uni. The issue is the sushi rice. Too much vinegar and a little harder than expected

We came in on a weekday around noon, fully expecting a line but there wasn't any! Pretty well stocked and we grabbed a chirashi bowl & a 7 pc nigiri. Came out to about $30 something. Pretty good...
