Really bad. I have made six attempts to schedule an appointment with no results. I tried twice on My Chart and 4 phone calls. I received 1 voice mail, then I called back with no return call.

It took 7 months(!) to get first appointment. A year later I had a CPAP. I gave them a year. 30 days later I was told I was non-compliant and had to return everything. I gave them a year....

We have not had our first visit here as yet, but I am 'scared to death' after reading all the poor reviews. We are donors at Eisenhower and have always thought their doctors etc. were fine....

My husband is almost 90. His CPAP machine is his lifeline. He has been having a terrible time sleeping as of late and is dangerously short of breath. X-Rays have shown no pneumonia. Lungs clear....
