Love this place!!! My family have been going since I was a little girl I'm 27 now!! Carnitas and menudo are my fav! Oh and you can't forget about the fresh homemade tortillas on Sunday's!!

Used to be my favorite place to get tortas. Lately their meat quality isn't really good at all. The asada had too much nerve pieces. It's really gross when you have to be taking hard unchewable...

Food was really good, customer service isn't so great, all workers look unhappy as in they hate there job with a passion, I did not see one worker with a smile. After a while I started noticing...

El Cesar would be consider as a whole in a wall. The Food is great. I have had there burritos, tortas, and tacos and they are all great. It's my to go place for Mexican good

Typical hole in the wall place, surrounded by similar restaurants, this place has great carnitas! Salsas are tasty and spicy, many locals eat here. Place is not fancy at all, but food definitely...
