I stopped in for an early lunch around opening time. Food was fresh and delicious. The app is easy to use. It was getting pretty busy by the time I left. Service was good.

Work nearby and have always gotten good customer service here. Not sure if Andrea is a new employee but was very rude. Today Andrea had lack of patience and lack of the bare minimum customer...

I was El Pollo Loco crazy and first time for me to go this place. Lunch time but not that busy but cashier young guy was so helpful and make me so satisfied. Definitely go back again.
