El Pollo Loco originated in Sinaloa and has been serving Southern California since the 80s. The food was delivered fresh & prompt through the drive-thru. The customer service was excellent!

I went in to order a family meal. I couldn't add something at the kiosk, so I asked someone for help. The woman was very helpful, but she couldn't add the item. So she asked a young man to help....

I will never come back to this location. The food at El Pollo Loco is good but on my lunch break had to wait 45 minutes to get my order!!!!!!!!!
