My mom lives there for the past 2 years and loves it. Safe area. Price is on the higher side but not bad for being 2 blocks from the ocean. New management is pretty fast on repairing things....

Be prepared for shoddy 1970's construction with a fascia of new counter tops and flooring. You may be disgusted the first time you see overflowing trash bins, but you will eventually get used to...
