Elizabeth Dods, FNP-C

Angela Cassagne is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and a member of the Express Care Team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at University of Michigan and a master’s in nursing from Thomas Jefferson University. She believes in providing quality, culturally-competent, and patient-centered care to all her patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.

Sabrina Kohli, DNP, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. Before pursuing her doctorate, she worked as a registered nurse in Internal Medicine at Stanford Hospital, where she graduated from the Stanford Nurse Residency Program. She has a BA in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition and Health Promotion from the University of Southern California. Prior to nursing, she worked in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology clinical research. Her focus is on providing excellent, evidence-based care and partnering with her patients to manage their health with compassion and a big-picture perspective. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and hiking with her husband and rescue pup.

Sarah Holmgren, NP, became a nurse practitioner after a career in environmental policy and several years of domestic and international travel. Through her encounters with a diversity of people from many backgrounds, she saw time and time again how our holistic health fuels us and drives us to lead enriched lives.
