In operation since 1970, Crestwood Manor is a 190-bed mental and behavioral health services provider located in Stockton, Calif. It is a part of Crestwood Behavioral Health, which is a provider of residential skilled nursing care through three facilities in Fremont, Modesto and Stockton, Calif. Crestwood Manor offers long-term treatment for patients with behavioral and mental issues, such as Alzheimer s disease and dementia-related disorders. It also offers 24-hour nursing care through licensed and registered nurses. The center s staff includes licensed psychiatric technicians, case managers, rehabilitative assistants, counselors, occupational and recreational therapists, and dietary, housekeeping and maintenance personnel. In addition, Crestwood Manor provides internships and special project opportunities to college and high school students.
