I would like to add my voice to the reviewers who call this business a scam... I was charged $375 for a teeth cleaning even though my insurance covered it completely and I should have been charged...

RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Go to a dentist who is reputable and honest and actually honors the insurance they say they take without charging for the overages.
