Advance Tickets is an independent ticket broker in the business of buying, selling & trading hard-to-find seats to sold out events. We have 27 years experience in the ticket brokering business. We DO NOT sell tickets for face value, nor are we affiliated with Ticketmaster or any other venue box office. All prices reflect our cost in obtaining tickets. Tickets sold online are subject to availability. In the instance tickets are NOT available when we receive your order, we will try our best to find something else comparable. We will contact you, the cardholder, by phone ( during our business hours-see below ) or e-mail once we receive the order to confirm seat locations. If we are unable to reach you, the cardholder, AND the billing address matches the shipping address AND the tickets are available ; we will then consider the transaction to be final and will send the tickets via Federal Express with no further contact. We must receive address verification & credit card authorization by the credit card provider on all orders before tickets are guaranteed. If we are unable to reach you, the cardholder, AND we do not receive the proper address verification, tickets cannot be held.
