I'm updating my 1 star to 5 stars. I've actually continued to shop here and I really enjoy this store. I like the items they offer and they are always friendly and helpful.

Service is terrible, my girl friend has gone in there and spent good money $$ and can't even get help left standing there with employees walking by or standing in the back and it's happened more...

I love the merchandise offered here. I've shopped at Evereve online prior to this store opening. Unfortunately the several times I've been to this location, the service/greetings have been off....

So, I went into this store for the first time having first had a bad experience in Nordstrom. Nordstrom is definitely not the customer service store it used to be. Frankly most clerks were not...

Don't know why the vibe is so off but it is! Clothes are overpriced. You can get the same items from Nordstrom for less. Service is atrocious. Two stars for semi cute clothes.
