The front desk staff on the second floor are kind, helpful, and efficient, although it would be nice to see a friendly smile, which rarely happens. But I was lucky to be able to get an appointment...

Multiple times they have cost me money by not keeping appointments because the doctors/nurse practitioners call out and now I have to leave work early again to come to a appointment they set up...

Waste of time , told me to reschedule 10 minutes before my appointment just because provider was in lunch.
