Family Heritage Video Productions

Family Heritage Video Productions was started in 2002 as a result of working on video editing and family history for many years as a hobby. As computers evolved and made video editing a lot easier and the prices for computers and software began to decline it became apparent we could do so much more than we ever dreamed possible just a few short years ago and have our video projects look professionally done. After producing a few projects for friends we saw the interest from others in preserving their family photos and home movies so we decided to give ourselves a name and put an add in the Yellow Pages to drum up some business. The name we chose was the result of being involved in family history and felt it would be a good fit so we chose Family Heritage Video Productions as our company name. Our first job was converting 10 hours of video on VHS tapes containing interviews of a client's parents prior to their passing away. All 10 hours of video were placed on 7 DVD's plus they wanted 6 additional copies made for other family members.
