Started in 2008, Fantasy Painting has been a part of hundreds of kids' birthday parties and other special events. Nailah Shani Hunter, also known as Skinny Minny the clown, started with only providing face painting, but now has grown to include balloon twisting, games with prizes, glitter tattoos, and crafts.
