HistoryThe vision of the Resource Center is to guide people in achieving the goals they never thought possible, by providing them with the resources necessary to get them done and the support they will need during the process. We team people up with mentors that have gone before them to accomplish what they are looking to achieve. Our success so far is based on our ability to provide a safe environment for people to learn and grow. One example of what we do...we have a storage that we call Mom's attic and in it are donations from people of general household items. We have items anywhere from beds to kitchen utensils. These items are given to people who are getting into their own place for the first time ever or getting into their own place after being in a transitional home. S.C.ooT.'s Never Alone Resource Center is slowly, yet gracefully, finding its way into the community.We want to help people do everything from get their G.E.D. to starting their own business and everything in between.SpecialtiesIt is one of the most important things we can do, however it is also the most overlooked.
