Farm to Fork

History

I have been working in Urban Planning industry for 25 years. Having a BA in Geography with an Urban Planning Concentration has provided me the opportunity and experience to learn about the various aspects of social, economic and policy planning. As a hobby, I designed and maintained my own ornamental garden, then transitioning the garden to edibles, and ultimately an urban farm. Now my hobby is a career, designing edible urban gardens for homes, restaurants, and businesses.
