Waiting at least an hour before anyone sees you. Admin not on the same page about appointments. Seems like there aren't enough experienced technicians. Patient care and communication are abysmal.

Bad practice. Overbooked. Nice people at front desk and that's about it. If you don't come in at 9am, be prepared to wait about 2 hours
