I just discovered this credit union it is great. They have good products but need to add more live customer service.

Scam bank. They'll let you open an account and then when you get your debit card and deposit checks they hold onto them indefinitely and refuse to release the funds. You call and they blame you...

Went there for a special CD rate and wound up opening 2 CDs . Very helpful staff, especially Jerry at the Crown Valley Office. Telephone response is also great.

This company is shady and scammy. I would not use them to open a CD. They bait you with a high Cd yield and once it matures you only have 7 days to have the funds removed or else they auto-renew...
