A great place to work-out! This gym is always clean and fresh. The equipment is in excellent condition and always available. Staff will go above and beyond for the members.

It closes the Sunrise Blvd/Winding Way location for some reason... It was replaced by a different fitness company that costs $5 a month more

Very small gym dated equipment it is not actually fitness 19 anymore it's lifestyle gym lack luster experience not a quility gym staff has a lack luster demeanor just wasn't a good overall experience
