Anita Oaks School, established more than 60 years ago, is a non-denominational, private school located in Duarte, Calif. Students from preschool through grade eight are provided a comprehensive education in all core curricular areas and given instruction in physical education, art, computer, music and Spanish. At the middle school level the elective classes are supplemented with journalism, yearbook, study skills, leadership, vocal and instrumental music, drama and media. Students are provided opportunities to pursue individual research in the state-of-the-art media center. Anita Oaks School also provides character and ethics instruction, service opportunities, after school enrichment classes, an extensive summer school program and a championship athletic program.

Gindi Maimonides Academy

Founded in 1968, Maimonides Academy is an educational institution that serves more than 500 students. The academy offers Jewish and general studies education.
