Frances Patisserie offers hybrid of Japanese and French style pastries, using only high quality ingredients . Established in Little Tokyo in 1981. Now open a brand new cake boutique in South Pasadena after the original store closed in 2017. All desserts are delicately crafted by highly skilled Japanese chef Patissier who won many awards in professional culinary competitions.

Matcha Chocolate was definitely decadent and dense. Price was $7.95. Tasted more of the chocolate than the matcha. The prices are premium, but the quality is there.
