Burbank City Federal Credit Union, established in 1940, is a federally-chartered credit union, owned and governed by members who cooperatively help each other improve their financial well-being. The credit union is a $230 million financial organization with 48 associates serving the financial needs of more than 15,000 Burbank City employees, members of the Friends of the Burbank Public Library, Burbank Historical Society, Employees of Fotokem and their families. The National Credit Union Administration insures each member s account for $100,000 and an additional $250,000 deposit insurance is provided through American Share Insurance. Some of its products include Tiered Advantage Share Savings, membership checking, share certificates, flexible share certificates, individual retirement accounts and club accounts. The union, located in Burbank, Calif., has partnered with Credit Union Direct Lending and LPL Financial services.
