History

I have been gardening since I was a child, helping my mom plant and beautify our yard, and that is where I truly learned to appreciate everything in the garden! Later, when I owned my own home, which came with no yard at all, I created my own oasis of a pond, trees, plants everywhere, it was my very own sanctuary. When my job at the time 'promoted' me, it meant days on end behind a desk staring at a computer screen. After two weeks of that, I was sitting in my garden, tending to it, when an epiphany occured...'Some people get paid to play with plants!' And Gardenthyme was born. That was in 1993, and I have never been happier, sharing my love of all things green and growing and blooming with my customers

I am a yard care specialist who loves nothing more than to make you love your yard again! I take the time to properly prune in order to get the most out of each plant and understand the needs of every plant. I know that some are meant to be a formal hedge, while others are wanting to grow naturally. I know the time to prune, some need to be cut back in the winter, some only after blooming. Customer satisfaction is the backbone of my business!! I will work with you to create just the look you desire, whether it is a primly manicured look or a more natural but clean look, I can do it all, after all, it is your yard!
