No one ever picks up the phone to follow up, make appointments, or get information. I have called 10+ times over the course of 2 days. No responses to voicemails. No email address to communicate...

While they are very efficient, They try to move you through very fast and they are not very friendly or comforting if you hear the dentist . Otherwise, I would recommend him .

Dentists are great but front desk girls are terrible. They shouldn't work a customer service job. You can tell they hate their job specially "star"
