Nice guy but I paid for cleaning and nothing was done. My husband pick up my shoes. I never called George to complain. Just won't be going back. Disappointed for sure.

This man is extremely rude. We called to ask about his knife sharpening services and he was such a jerk on the phone. Terrible customer service. Turns out it's best we bring our business...

Super knowledgeable, super honest. He could have easily charged me for a totally un-necessary repair, instead he said "try removing the insert" which I did, and problem solved. No charge. Also...
