Just checked. His electrician license 940490 is currently inactive according to http://www.cslb.ca.gov. So he can't legally do any jobs for hire. Bummer! He did some really good work for me...

He's currently working for the Department of Water and Power, does work on the weekends. I'm glad he was upfront about it.
