Dr. Gita Patel was born and raised in Southern California and is board-certified in foot surgery.
She graduated from UCLA and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physiological science. Shortly after completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to the Bay Area to begin her podiatry training in San Francisco.
Sports have always been an interest of hers, so after completing her surgical training, she did a one-year fellowship in sports medicine and surgery at the S.O.A.R Medicine Associates.

I can only agree with the previous review.....DO NOT VISIT THIS PODIATRIST!!! I had an ingrown toenail taken care of. Post procedure I had a very serious infection which lasted for several weeks...
