HistorySynergy Running Club was created by three experienced Youth and High School coaches with the goal to provide athletic opportunities for all levels of athletes ranging from novice to elite. To promote this purpose, the Synergy Running Club shall foster local, state, and national Amateur running competition for our athletes. Through extensive instruction in sport science, event specific instruction, practical and progressive training, race strategy, hard work and consistency, athletes will better understand their full potential in Cross Country and Track Distance Events.SpecialtiesSynergy Running Club specializes in the coaching and training of Youth Distance Runners. We provide a synergy type approach to everything from the individually designed workouts to the workout locations, Diet and Injury Prevention information and a possitive coaching atmosphere. We coach youth boys and girls ages 7-17 how to focus and become better distance runners.

Here at Womack's Baseball Academy, we are a baseball club that offers baseball lessons from a personal trainer, to group training at our indoor batting facility and batting cage center. We represent respect, integrity, and hustle.
