The employees here are so snobby and disinterested in providing customer service. I've been in many times and have yet to be greeted or even acknowledged by an employee in any way.

essentially this place has what I'm looking for and delivers for free for living in Santa Rosa. this place is mail-order only now and as far as I know doesn't have a brick and mortar shop....
