And hit the ground running! Working for outstanding businesses pays off. This has given Harloff Construction the confidence needed to excel right away. Being a new smaller company enables Jesse Harloff to be hand on with each project, and makes it easy to concentrate on the quality of the build, because he is the business owner and installer. Jesse's plan for the business is to have a small, in house crew of polite and professional men who build the Harloff way. A lot of contractors are worried about having a lot of work at once. This is not our ideology! Harloff construction values customer satisfaction and craftsmanship over quantity of jobs. Having the privilege to work in the high end building community has enabled Jesse to use the right sub-contractors if needed. Although most tasks for smaller projects are handled in house.
