Love this pool. I go there to water walk because of my knee and back pain. It's never crowded and the staff is amazing. They also have lap swim for those able to do.

Their staff needs to be more aware of the job at hand. You should have advised your patrons that there's currently no open lanes before proceeding to steal my five bucks and denying me a refund.....
