She became a family medicine physician to fulfill this need which affords her the privilege of building special relationships with her patients and following them throughout their life. In practice for over five years, Dr. Pantig truly values the time she spends with her patients. She not only serves as their physician but also as their support system, advocate and partner. She especially enjoys the opportunity to grow with her patients both in age and knowledge. As she states, “I thoroughly enjoy my job and becoming a part of my patient’s lives. We enrich each other’s lives and I learn so much from them.” Patients of Dr. Pantig appreciate her comprehensive and compassionate approach to health care and collaboration on health plans that are focused on achieving optimal health goals. She is a proponent of patients taking an active role in their health and believes in empowering patients by giving them knowledge about their labs and providing guidance about diet, exercise, and mindfulness as an important part of their preventative care. She also believes an integral part of delivering excellent care involves making medical visits as convenient and efficient as possible. She is passionate about leveraging the power of technology to provide care when and where patients need it the most while working closely with a team that helps patients navigate the medical system. Dr. Pantig attended medical school at St. George’s University and completed her family medicine residency at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center. During her free time, Dr. Pantig enjoys cooking, reading, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
