This Hawthorne location is not at all comfortable to shop in. They seem to have a high turnover of staff, no one is helpful, they all seem unhappy, and the lines are always long. There were staff...

Too crowded. I was standing on the aisle and was packed. I felt trapped and I was claustrophobic.

Everything is cheap, but the line is always incredibly long. At least 15 minutes. Not worth it. :(
